LettsArt is the best way to organise, manage and sell your art. We show you how.
With LettsArt you can build your own art gallery or marketplace in minutes. One of the most common actions is loading and organising your art.
Adding art to your LettsArt gallery
You can upload your art to your LettsArt gallery in a couple of different ways. We recommend using your laptop or Mac when first building your gallery and for larger Collections. It's easier. Our mobile version is great for everything else.
Adding art one at a time . You can add art one artwork at a time in your gallery dashboard. This is OK for one off pieces of art, or even works in progress, though we generally recommend organising your art in Collections (see below). Add art one at a time by either clicking the 'Add art' drop down top right of your gallery Dashboard, or by clicking the 'Your art' link in the left sided menu. From there you can view all your art and add more. Also add multiple views of your art (we call them 'assets'), which appear in a carousel under the main art image. It's great for 3D art, performance art and sculpture. Tip: once you've loaded art use LettsArt's AI to draft curator quality descriptions and tags.
Adding art in Collections. The best way to organise your art is in collections. If you are an artist you can create collections for different art series, different media (e.g. mixed media, 3D, photo-art and more), for digital derivatives of your art and for online exhibitions. If you are an artist collective, art dealer,or gallerist we recommend using collections for the different artists you represent as well as for online exhibitions. You can add as many artworks as you like to a collection and you can re-arrange your art in a collection by simply dragging the art tile. Add a Collection by clicking the yellow 'Add art' drop down top right of your gallery Dashboard and choosing 'Add collection', or by clicking 'Collections' in your left sided menu. Tip: the art in your collections will rotate in the Collection tile on your gallery homepage. Check it out!
